Our brand arTchitecture process allows you to schedule your events online, simply, while we handle all of the logistics that make the gears turn. From completing forms and consolidating your shipments to updates done in-house, we add value and reduce costs.
You are provided a no-cost branded storefront to keep track of all of your inventory- in real time- where you can schedule your events from anywhere. Your displays, giveaways, literature, shirts, table covers, and other assets, are available to order 24/7; and all of the inventory is tracked and accounted for online.
Simply submit your event order and our team will pull the inventory from storage, set everything up for quality review, package everything up, and ship it out with return labels included. We check and advise on inventory levels or damaged items, make repairs, clean table covers, update graphics, build or add exhibit components, restock promotional items or print materials, and make sure everything arrives to your events together as a single kit. We'll handle the show forms, installation, rental furnishings, flooring, etc.
After the event, you will have return labels to send everything back (or we will arrange any freight) and then we recheck condition and recount everything upon return- prior to reintroducing into your inventory storage.
We are more than an exhibit house. Zilla is the most complete custom exhibit and portable display resource. Not only do we have an online store, with only preferred products filtered in, we are representative of most every portable display system and accessory. This means we can service any of your existing display systems, upgrade graphics, and make repairs in-house.
In addition, we have a complete custom exhibit facility, with CNC router, woodworking, metal fabrication, graphic print production, and paint areas. This affords us the ability to design and build new, custom exhibit components, make repairs, print graphics, and fabricate crating in-house.
After fabrication, we store and manage your exhibits and displays within our facilities, offering you access to everything you own via your own online portal, and do complete exhibit staging and previews prior to shipments.
There are distinct advantages in having us acquire promotional materials for you directly, so we highly-encourage it. Zilla is ASI licensed, which means we have access to EVERY product that the ‘other guys’ provide, including screen-printing and embroidery, however there are intentional, systematic advantages we provide that make a world of difference.
Cost. Generally the first question, but if comparing the same items (apples-to-apples) we are normally less expensive - because we do not mark these items up to retail like the promo-specific companies do. This includes screen-printed or embroidered apparel. We discount the items because it makes our process easier by managing them for you.
Fulfillment. With Zilla ordering your inventory, not only are we able to get you the items at lower costs, we are able to more efficiently coordinate the intake of items to our facility- particularly as it relates to timing and distribution to events. Knowing when items will arrive is key. We make advanced preparations for outbound distribution and track incoming inventory daily. This equates to much less confusion and a seamless integration for your ongoing projects.
More on Cost. Because we store your materials, there is a further benefit to having us acquire them for you. There are no labor fees to add them to your inventory. When we order the items, that fee goes away- effectively reducing your cost(s) further- and allowing us to be better prepared in advance.
Consistency. We can manage inventory levels and advise/replenish when levels get low. And turn-around embroidered items can be done quickly, by just keeping blank goods on-hand (so we aren’t embroidering more than you need). Literature and handouts can be done in just a couple of days, using our print on demand program, and you don't have to order thousands if you only need a couple hundred.
